Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ Wesleyan, TCC Formalize Fair Transfer Agreement
  In a signing ceremony held at Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ Wesleyan on February 27, VWU  President Scott D. Miller and TCC President Gregory T. DeCinque  formalized the Fair Transfer Guarantee concurrent enrollment agreement. This fall, TCC  graduates with an associate of arts or science will enter Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ  Wesleyan with junior class status. All lower-level general education  requirements-including foreign language-will be deemed complete,  allowing students to focus on courses for their major and upper-level  elective credits necessary for their bachelor's degree.  Field of Dreams: Dedication of Tom and Betty Broyles Field at TowneBank Park
  A dedication ceremony for Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ's new Tom and  Betty Broyles  Field / TowneBank Park was held on March 12. Former  VWU Trustee  Bob Aston, Executive Chairman of TowneBank, helped cut the  ribbon and  threw out the ceremonial first pitch at the new complex for  VWU's  back-to-back national championship softball team.

 New Signage for Living Landscapes
  Norfolk Botanical Garden (NBG) has installed signage on campus to identify plants  throughout the 145,000-square-foot living landscapes that surround the  Greer Environmental Sciences Center. The landscape, which is managed and  cared for by NBG, is inspired by the ecosystems of the Eastern Shore  and contains nearly 60 different plant species.
