Former first lady Alice Clarke gifts 32 volumes to University Archives

Alice Clarke, former first lady of Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Wesleyan, presented 32 volumes of memorabilia on March 27 from her late husband Lambuth Clarke’s 26-year tenure as president (1966-1992). The materials were presented in Henry Clay Hofheimer II Library. She is pictured (right) with President Scott D. Miller, her daughter Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Clarke Hitch, and Stephen Mansfield, former long-time academic dean and now University Archivist.
